When people decide they want to become famous musicians, there are those who do it for the money and the glory. But there are others, like Anarchy Reigns, who want to use their music to spread a message they believe to be important. With their new single, ‘Liars’, this rising rock band are hoping to expose politicians for the people they really are.

Bringing rock and roll into the political world is not an easy accomplishment but Anarchy Reigns have already rounded up an army of support. With 220,000 likes on Facebook and their posts averaging at 1000 shares each, the band are really starting to make an impact on peoples’ way of thinking. Consisting of Hitch on vocals, Eddy C on keys, Wally Brewer on bass, Andy Pope on drums and Joedy Rose on guitar, Anarchy Reigns have a sound similar to Judas Priest and the fury of Rammstein. Their rallying fans are completely captivated by their musical message, increasing their social media footprint a gargantuan amount. Their thunderous sound is rumbling throughout both the musical and political world, Hitch subtly shaking things up with his minor acts of anarchy like carved Halloween pineapples and mislabelled signs. Portraying the band as wholesomely destructive but with the passion to make a difference.

‘Liar’ is a rock infused introduction into their political message, the lyrics hiding nothing about their agenda. Whilst Hitch’s voice may not be stereotypical for a classic rock band, it still rumbles with a timber that demands attention and delivers the hard hitting lyrics with an undeniable precision. Joedy’s guitar skills shine through the track, harking back to eras past to give ‘Liars’ an 80s rock sound.

Anarchy Reigns are already making sure their live shows are memorable with antics like Hitch landing on stage by his space ship aptly named New Dawn. A whirlwind of flames and pyrotechnics, they’re a band you’re not likely to forget quickly. Keep an eye out for Anarchy Reigns arriving in New Dawn to call out anyone lying their way into power.
