Having been managed by June Bolan, the widow of iconic T. Rex frontman, Marc Bolan, after the release of his 1980 album, ‘The Werewolf of London’, Roland earned praise from radio legend, John Peel and featured at London’s legendary Bat Cave. Since this point on, he has earned a loyal cult following around the world – with his album success on labels such as Bam Caruso, Imaginary and New Rose seeing him embark on tours all over the world and a career spanning 40 years, making everything from music, to gothic ballets to telling tales of the supernatural and Victorian villains, Paul Roland is an industry stalwart with a plethora of mind bending, interesting and above all, fantastic releases.
