After a creative period of songwriting and studio work, Lyzzärd is back with thrilling news! The band is set to release their brand-new single, “Viper’s Bite,” on December 12th across all digital platforms. This exciting track signals a new chapter for the band and will be accompanied by a music video directed by Tiago Quelhas and shot by cinematographer Lucas Neves.
Recorded at THE WIZARD Studio, “Viper’s Bite” was shaped under the expertise of André Ribeiro for recording and mixing, Tiago Loja on mastering, and the band’s own production efforts. The song highlights Lyzzärd’s love for 70s rock and heavy metal, infused with the fresh energy of their revamped lineup from late 2022.
“This single reflects our passion for raw, unapologetic rock and roll. There’s nothing better than connecting with what we love to do and sharing that energy with those who want to hear us,” Lyzzärd explains.

Formed in 2013 in Trofa, Portugal, Lyzzärd began their journey with the release of their first Hard Rock EP, “Release the Hounds,” in 2014. Over the years, the band evolved their sound, blending their Hard Rock roots with influences from Traditional Heavy Metal and Black Thrash, crafting a distinct essence that solidified their identity and carved a path in the music scene.
